CANCELLATION POLICY

I agree that I will notify Adela through call or text @ (203) 794-2376 48 hours in advance if I need to CANCEL or RESCHEDULE my appointment. If you are running late to appointment there is a grace period of 10 minutes. After 10 minutes $1 will be charge for every minute late. After 20 minutes appointment will be canceled and client will be charged 75% of service. At the time appointment is scheduled, a deposit will be collected. The deposit will be applied to the cost of your services. DEPOSIT IS NON REFUNDABLE. If you cancel your appointment, there will be no return of any portion of it. Reschedule at least 48 hours before the appointment to transfer deposit to new appointment. Any cancellations with less than 48 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee, 50% of service will be charged. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 2 hours of the appointment will be charged 75% of service. Thank you for understanding and supporting my business!
